Mike and his crew did a fantastic job putting in a 30x40 concrete slab in my metal garage with a small concrete slab for the side door, they were very prompt and stayed on the job until completed. I plan on having other jobs for them in the very near future.

Mike and his crew from JRS completed a total patio redesign project for the backyard at my residence. This included the installation of a substantial concrete pad, Pergola, privacy fence, railings and steps, running of electric for a hot tub, and installation of an outdoor ceiling fan and TV. Mike was fair with his costs and projections, was true to his word, there were no surprises throughout the course of the project; which took 6 months to complete from time of contract signing to finalization. Mike was easy to work with and was flexible when I added to the original agreed upon plan (outdoor ceiling fan and tv installation). They performed all work as promised, which also included an excellent job of clean up and reseeding my backyard. More than anything, the quality of the work performed was exceptional. Mike and his crew took pride in their work, my new backyard / patio is an awesome space now! I couldn't be happier! I'd recommend Mike and J.R.S Facilities to anyone and would use them again in the future, most definitely.
