I highly recommend JMK Builders, they did a great job on my drywalls, door trim and french door install. The work was done professionally, they came on time, and finished the job in only 3 days! I highly recommend them. They are ethical and have high integrity. I will definitely use them for future projects and have already recommended them to all my neighbors. Jimmy, the owner is a pleasure to deal with. And their prices are great!

I had originally hired a contractor who was unable to complete my project because he was hospitalized. So, I needed to get this project completed fairly quickly. Jimmy Medina responded quickly to my request for a quote to install a new countertop (to allow a new stove to fit in the existing space), sink, and faucet set. He was also asked to shift three cabinets to widen the space for a new refrigerator. Jimmys quote was reasonable and started the job within a few days. His team was willing to work on a weekend (despite having to miss several important personal events) to complete the work. While there were a few minor miscommunications, Jimmy, his helper, and his plumber completed the job on time and to my satisfaction. Customer service is paramount with Jimmy and he was willing to fix whatever issues I brought to his attention. I have already hired his company for another small project and will most likely hire him again in the future. If youre looking for a professional, hard-working, and knowledgeable handyman, Jimmys the one to call!

I am 100pct satisfied with the job JMK Builders did for me and their rates are very reasonable and fit right into my budget. They arrived on time and before entering my condo they put on paper shoe covers to protect my carpet. Jimmy went over what I needed done and got right to work. Once the work was completed Jimmy and I went over everything he did and made sure I was 100pct satisfied and I was! They cleaned up after themselves and even took out the boxes from the desk they put together for me. I have JMK Builders on speed dial and plan to use them in the future for all my projects

Our project was completed during the power outage in June/July 2012. In spite of the outage, he maintained communication and our project was completed in a timely manner. Special appreciation for how clean he left the work area each day and the attention to detail that added value to our home. We plan to hire him again for a future bathroom remodel.

Assisted with dog door, custom ramp, door removal. Mr. Medina called me immediately and we arranged our meet up for the following day. He gave me a solid quote and showed me his license, and made sure he knew exactly which tasks I wanted assistance in. All visits were proceeded by a phone call; the day of service, he and a team member were actually able to arrive early, with a ramp pre-constructed (better than I had expected) and were able to get to work quickly. Overall, I am highly pleased and will use JMK Builders for my future handy-man tasks. His team is personable, upfront, and does quality work!
