Jimmy did such a great job on our kitchen remodel that we will hire him to remodel our 3 bathrooms. He has also beautifully finished our laundry room, painted the interior and exterior of our home an countless other projects. We had an extremely tight timeline for our kitchen remodel and he finished on time. He is excellent at communicating about the progress of the project and also following up with written documentation. We would and HAVE recommended him to friends!

Jimmy and his team gutted and remodeled our bathroom in July. They did a great job, communicating well about the inevitable issues that arose during the project (it was a very old bathroom, so pipe issues, etc), asking questions to make sure they understood what I wanted, and patiently accommodating changes when I decided something I asked for didn't look right after all. When they accidentally damaged the kitchen ceiling (right below the bathroom), they patched it up better than new. They came when they said they would and left the area clean each day when they left. JMK has also done several smaller projects for us - installing light fixtures, fixing bi-fold doors and stair rails, etc. - and we have always been satisfied with the work and price.

Jimmy and his team were absolutely outstanding! We hired them to do a number of renovations in an older home we purchased, including remove wallpaper and drywall repair; complete interior painting (walls, trim, ceiling); install crown molding and wainscoting; complete exterior painting (siding, doors, trim, and gutters}; electrical work to include installing fixtures, correcting wiring, replacing old switches and outlets; carpet removal and hardwood floor touch up; and repair of an existing set of stairs (baseboards and support structure). Throughout the project, Jimmy was regularly on the job site personally supervising the work and remained in constant communication with us on how the project was progressing and to discuss any issues as they arose. He was incredibly professional, thorough and detailed. Jimmy's team does superb work of the highest quality. I would highly recommend them to anyone undertaking a home renovation project.

Jimmy and his crew have been great to work with. Job accomplished ahead of schedule. His professionalism lead us to hire him for several needed jobs and to lead the project to completely finish the area they drywalled.

I hired these guys for a carpet installation, ceiling/wall repair and ceiling/wall paint project after I had water damage in my basement/garage. They gave me a good price, and got to work immediately. Jimmy was very good about communicating every step, and was very good about answering emails with any questions, concerns, or changes I had. They did a great job on my carpet, and did a really nice job on the repairs and paint. They got to work immediately, and occasionally stayed late just to make sure each step was done correctly without having to come back the next day. I would use these guys again and recommend these guys to a friend.

JMK's staff was polite and generally punctual. The work they did was as expected and done in a timely manner.

We have worked with Jimmy on at least three occasions. This particular project happened to be mostly painting, however there was other work involved as well, such as securing the post for our banister, putting in a new electrical panel, replacing some siding and installing an access door. On previous projects, we have had them replace drywall, install new interior doors, and put in wood steps. Every time we have worked with Jimmy it has been a pleasure. Jimmy and his men are polite and prompt, and they clean everything up before they leave each day. We would highly recommend them, and if the need arises, we will definitely work with them in the future.

Hired for Drywall, Flooring(tile and laminate) and light plumbing and electrical work. Had a good experience with JMK's staff. Project was handled pretty well was around our difficult schedule. The flexibility that they brought to the project made up for alot of the little challenges that came up along the way. We'll look forward to giving them first bid on any future projects.

All the reviews were true about this company. We hired them to do a face lift on our tired utility room. The job included drywall, paint and tile and door install. They did a beautiful job. Jimmy let us know every evening what was done and the plans for the next day. On time and if running late, he would notify us. Workers were friendly and paid attention to detail.
