Jimmy's team did an outstanding job in finishing our basement. They were very flexible with the scope of work, allowing us to complete certain phases of the project on our own. They did framing and drywall while we did all electrical, flooring and painting. The drywall finishing was outstanding making it very easy to paint. His crew worked very hard each and every day and finished the project ahead of our expectations. I highly recommend Jimmy and JMK

Jimmy was great to work with and always available for questions and additional changes as the project unfolded. We had the drywall replaced and drop ceiling tiles changed to drywall. He added recessed lighting in basement recreation room and home office. He insulated and added beautiful laminate flooring. He painted all the walls including walls that led to reconstruction but not part of remodel. He also made doors open at a better advantage. We are very pleased with results and will use his team for other home projects.

Jimmy and team did an amazing job creating a 6th bedroom with a brand new window, insulation, drywall and lighting. Jimmy also installed recessed lights in another room and a pull down attic stair case. Jimmy & his team were great to work with and very accommodating.

Sold a house so needed the work done quickly (like within 2 days). I had to have 2 fire proof and air sealed access panels installed for the inspection. Not only did he bring the required access panels, frames had to be made in order to place the panels in the walls. The man sent by Jimmy was very professional with excellent workmanship. Highly recommended!!

Jimmy and his crew saved us from living with (1) unfinished work by an incompetent handyman and (2) an unfinished laundry room that we wanted turned into a combo laundry/kitchenette area. His team provided all the services we needed and wanted: demolition of old wall, new framing , insulation and dry walling, painting, flooring, and even electrical work. His workers are friendly, tidy and focused, and his pricing was very fair. We especially appreciated his flexibility and frequent communication, as the work had to proceed in stages for a variety of reasons.
