They were quick in coming. He diagnosed it and said it would be $150-. He charged $45- for diagnosis. THen, I called for the repair. I didn't get any credit from the 45 to go towards the FINAL bill of $180-. So, it seems fixed. they never gave me an invoice. He said he would email it to me. A full week later no invoice. There is no proof that he was even here. All cash transaction. would have given him a 5 if I had a paper trail and stuck with the 150- quote.

My favorite, old through the wall A/C stopped cooling last Thursday. I checked Home Advisor. My problem was sent out and within an hour John of JDGC called. He came by Saturday. He assessed the problem (bad compressor on the 2001 machine). Counseled not to replace and instead purchase a new unit. Though he had jobs in progress, I asked because of my needs if he could replace on Tuesday. We identified a replacement unit, he acquired it and on Tuesday it was in place. I am the beneficiary of a responsive contractor, with first rate service and a new unit. The pricing was reasonable and accepted without question. Workmanlike, efficient, accommodating. Took out the old unit. Someone I would readily turn to again.

John and his team were fantastic. Very clean work for a reasonable price. He installed a dishwasher and microwave without previous plumbing, cabinetry, or electrical, in less than 4 hours! Thanks again!
