Not a warm fuzzy guy. I like to ask questions when someone is working. He was aloof- not friendly. He didn't call me 2 days earlier as he said - then told me his truck broke down (??) I had to call him several times. I also asked him to change a timer- but didn;t ask how much before he did it. He charged $75- i was surprised. He reduced it by $10. And he asked me to give him a 5 star rating!!
