"My Fiancé and I were in need of a major Kitchen remodel, that being said I had very bad experience when I had my basement redone, the contractor never finished the job and within less than a year what was done started to fall apart. What made that experience even worse it was a friend who was a contractor. Ok now the happy part comes, I went on home advisor to see what I could learn. I contacted Selective Sculptures they had great reviews and testimonials. First Dominic came to my home to see what needed to be done, we discussed our budget and how long it would take to complete. The next step we met at the design studio (mind blown he met me on a Sunday) his ideas were way better than mine we showed him our taste in colors and textures and he pulled off what I can only describe as amazing. Step 2 Dominic came back to the house with Anthony the GM and an entire crew I was speechless the lead plumber, carpenter and electrician went through every aspect with us it was quite an experience to say the least all this for only an estimate. I pulled the trigger if they were scamming me they deserved to get paid they were that impressive. Step 3 Dominic came back with his design plans again I was speechless he came up this a floor plan I one didn't think of or 2 thought possible. I agreed on the spot and was told work would start in 2 weeks and be done in 5-6 weeks. Well half way through what else does one do I was so happy I added additional work tear down the drop down ceiling in living room and do all the hard woods I had no idea I even had (bonus). I would speak to Anthony almost on a daily basis ( I'm sure he didn't love that ) but he was constantly making sure I was happy with progress and had answers for my questions never a let me check on that and not get back to me, in fact twice after I had a question within a few hours he would be calling me from my home so he knew exactly what I was talking about. Step 4 there's always a step 4 the basement's unfinished bathroom again above and beyond they gutted it out and did a total redo. I get a call from Anthony nearing the end as we never discussed color vanity or sink, he says do you trust me I said yes I do and that was the last we spoke of it until its completion he took a nightmare and made it a dream. Our house is now our home I couldn't in my wildest dreams be happier more satisfied or even fulfilled with how all the work was done the professionalism from the entire crew. I am only saddened by one thing and that's the feeling I lost 2 friends in Anthony and Dominic and that's a testimony to them and their desire to customer satisfaction. "We hired Bernard/Tool-Time Construction with a very narrow timeline, as we were not in the home and school was about to be begin in 2 months, so all the heavy construction needed to be completed before move in. The job was a garage conversion (Kitchenette/Laundry/Storage room), a new Master Bedroom Expanded Ensuite constructed from Studs, new ceramic flooring for the entire entire lower level of the home, and other projects like kitchen backsplash for two kitchens and electrical recessed lighting throughout the house. Bernard and his team are very thorough communicators and always on time. Because this job had a highly pressured timeline, his team showed up every day (7 Days a week) for 3-4 months until the job was completed. We ran into some issues with glass tiles, and they returned twice to remedy the problem after construction was finished. I am very familiar with construction having served as GC on numerous scaled home renovations and would highly recommend Bernard and his crew. They are one of the best contractors crews I have had the pleasure of working with. We are very pleased with their work and follow through, especially Lambert, who does it all, a real solutions driven contractor and once of the best all around renovation mechanics I ever worked with! But be prepared to do your part as the homeowner, if you are doing extensive construction work, any delays on materials will delay the job. Especially with post pandemic material manufacturing delays alongside export/import shipping challenges. Try and have everything selected and ordered in advance as best you can, because once Bernard and his team get started, they will work efficiently and at the speed of light. I had a challenging time keeping up with them, but the fluid communication helped me defend my end of the construction equation and relationship. And when I ran into material delays, his construction crew did their best to work around them and continued with other aspects of the renovation to complete the job on time, which I am happy to report they did achieve."

"Peter and Euro Expert were wonderful to work with. In my experience, Peter was always very responsive and came on time and as promised, which in my experience is very hard to find in a contractor! They did a great job of remodeling our bathroom, and finished the job in a week and a half. My husband could not believe how efficiently they worked! The stone sills were installed with Boulder Creek chisel faced in the Tivoli color ADS and NDS storm water solutions used throughout the project, to ensure the integrity of our property and the new work that was just done. We love our new backyard, and have already used it more in the few weeks weâ ve had it done that we probably have used it since we live here. "Since 2007, I have owned a high-end, built-in refrigerator manufactured by Liebherr, a German company. About a year ago, the refrigerator door began to have problems maintaining a tight seal which led to frequent beeping of the refrigerator alarm. We had to repeatedly press the door tight to stop the alarm. We finally contacted an authorized Liebherr repair service to fix the problem. A repairman eventually showed up who appeared to know not much more about the appliance than I did. The fee for the service visit was $500 for which he not only utterly failed to correctly identify or fix the problem of the loose seal, but actually managed to make it worse as the door soon began popping open. (The service company did return my $500, but I still had a broken fridge.) For a couple of months we had to prop a heavy chair against the door to keep it shut. Finally, as we were about to give up and spend more than $7,000 on a new built-in refrigerator, I looked on Angi to see if I could find a handyman who could solve my problem. I received a call from Garry at CGP Construction offering to send a man over to see if he correct the problem and provide an estimate to repair it. There was no charge for the visit and estimate. When Larry showed up, he quickly and correctly diagnosed the problem and gave me two options â he could rig up a short-term fix for the problem but he honestly acknowledged there was no guarantee how long it would last, or I could replace the broken part and have it repaired properly. The part was expensive, but not wanting to be dealing with the same problem again, I had no doubt that was the way to go. So, I ordered the part from a supplier in Georgia and the day after it arrived Larry was at my door to make the repair. A couple of hours later, my old Liebherrâ s door was working as well as the day I got it â and the cost of the repair, not counting the cost of the part, was less than what the â authorized specialistâ had originally charged me to accomplish nothing. I was so pleased with Larry, Garry and CGP Construction that I immediately asked Larry if he could replace some water damaged, rotting wood on my detached garage. Absolutely, he said, and the next morning (a Saturday, I might add) he was in my driveway getting to work replacing the old, rotted trim on my garage with beautiful Azek PVC trim, which will not only outlive me but the next owner of my house too. Larry completed the job in one day and the garage trim now looks brand new and beautiful. The people at CGP Construction are honest, smart, stand by their work, and absolutely committed to customer satisfaction. As their most recent satisfied customer, I am thrilled to have found a company that I can trust to fix things right, and as the owner of a 112 year-old house, I can say with absolute certainty Iâ ll be calling on CGP Construction for lots of repair work in the future."
