The owner and his assistant showed up late on 1st appointment. My bedroom air conditioner was not cooling the room and John said I needed a capacitor and he would get it. A few days later I had to call him back to see if he had the part. He came the following week to install it. Now only a week later my unit is dripping water. When I called him his answer was that only replaced the part and to fix this would require additional money. I paid him $175 once and wouldn't recommend him to anyone. Terrible service!!

The contractor was very professional and respectful. He arrived when he said he would and seemed very knowledgeable about the AC unit. He knew what to do and was ready to schedule a repair.
