J & W Carpet Service

I contacted Home Advisors as the last step before replacing my badly stretched carpet. The miracle I witnessed yesterday as the guys from J&W Carpet worked was well beyond my expectation. You could tell these guys loved their work, worked well together, and absolutely cared about me and my carpet. I'd recommend them without reservation and would have them back if needed in a heartbeat.

I was more than satisfied with the service I received from J & W Carpet Service. Besides doing an excellent job restretching carpet in 2 bedrooms and a hall, they were careful with my furniture and cleaned up afterwards. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Due to a disconnected line in my washing machine my hall carpet was flooded. I called for an appointment Late Saturday and was scheduled for Monday. Wayne called me Saturday night and said they would come the next morning -Sunday Morning. He and his partner arrived at 9:00am Sunday morning and removed the wet carpet and padding and sanitized the floor and walls. I am sure the quick response prevented damage to the hardwood flooring underneath the carpet. These guys are top notch in service - an extremely rare quality in today's world.

I definitely recommend J & W Carpet Service! I had a last-minute carpet repair job in the midst of a larger construction job. Wayne was very responsive and was able to come out almost immediately to do the work. He had to come out on 3 consecutive days to work around the rest of the construction job, and was very prompt and efficient each time. He was very knowledgeable and suggested several things that made the results far better than I would have gotten otherwise. I will be a repeat customer!

Very great service to say the least. Wayne is a good guy, and will give a straight answer with alot of experience behind his work. I originally called for a relatives house, and then used him for my own and will highly recommend him for anyone who asks. Didn't know the guy before, and now glad that I do.
