They were hard workers and worked fast. It was my fault that I didn't make it more clear about wanting all the weeds pulled too. So there were dead weeds left in the space near the street. But as I say, that was my fault. I didn't communicate as well as I should have. They were a good team and I would recommend them!

Two major complaints. Tree down okay - BUT REMOVED POST AND MAILBOX without asking - NOW I HAVE TO HIRE SOMEONE ELSE TO REPAIR THE DAMAGE. Plus, firewood cut half unusable; I asked for one-foot pieces, half were three-feet which I cannot use, now I have to find a way to get rid of it. Two projects I didn't need. Very unhappy. Not recommend. Plus, not professional at all, and not professional handling of phone calls.

The original owner of the property next to me planted a maple tree around 1950, just a few feet from our property line. That tree grew huge over 65 years, with over half hanging over my yard and causing a great many problems and becoming increasingly dangerous with a lot of dead branches, some quite large. I spoke with the new owner of the property who agreed with me that it was time for the tree to go especially since we offered to split the cost with him. While the other quote we received was quite reasonable, Ismael had a much lower quote. Ismael scheduled the removal for only a few days later, showed up with his crew on time and, to our great surprise, took that huge tree, with its many large trunk branches down in one day. The next morning he removed what was left and did an excellent job of cleanup on both yards. He was done by noon! Throughout, he took great care to insure that no damage occurred to our properties. Both my neighbor and myself were extremely pleased and would definitely recommend Ismael for their professionalism. My thanks to Ismael and Leo, his son.
