They arrived on time last Friday. They did an excellent job. They cleaning up after they were finished trimming. Unfortunately I had a lot of tree damage after the snow storm yesterday. They returned today and took care of the down tree limbs from the storm. Very nice, very polite, very professional. I would recommend them.

I have used them two times, one time to trim trees and another to remove large dead tree. They are prompt, efficient and do excellent work for a more than fair price. In fact on last job their estimate was $600 less than the other estimates I received. I would highly recommend them and will be using them again.

Great Communication, showed up on time, did a great job. I always recommend owner be at project near ending time. I asked them to trim a little more in a couple of areas, they happily did. Highly recommend.

Spoke with Leo about coming out for extensive yard cleanup work and some tree trimming. Price was reasonable and they came out quickly and did a nice job. Will hire again.

Very professional and a very good price.

After interviewing four trimming services, II hired Ismael's Tree Service to trim a large Linden tree. They were not the cheapest bidder, but I felt they understood the task at hand and Leo seemed knowledgeable about the Linden tree. He quoted a fair price for the work, but when informed of a competitor's price, Leo adjusted the estimate to a more competitive rate. On the scheduled day the crew arrived and set to work. There was a large growth of sucker plants around the base of this Linden (which, I'm guessing, had not been trimmed in many years). They cut these down very low and when I asked them to cut them to ground level, they immediately did so. They removed a lot of branches from the Linden tree and it really looks 100% better. If trees could talk, I think it would say, "Ahhhhh. . . . .thank you!" I also added a couple of other tasks while they were on-site: cutting a tree trunk to ground level and light trimming of a cherry tree, for which I paid extra. I found Ismael and Leo easy to work with. They were efficient, cheerful, and did a very good clean up following the work. I recommend them and will hire them again if I need other trees trimmed.

They cut way more of my tree than we discussed. They were supposed to just trim it, but they cut a ton off. They were very apologetic and did not charge me as much as the original quote.

It was a pleasure to do business with Leo and Ismael. They worked very hard all day and did a wonderful job and made sure that everything was cleaned up before they left. I will definitely use them again and will refer them to my friends.
