Did fast job and good cleanup

Ismael came out and gave a quick estimate for removing 4 trees, including one that needed prompt removal. His estimate was far below 2 others I received. He came out on time the morning work was scheduled. He had all 4 trees removed, and cleanup completed within 3.5 hours. Excellent service overall, and would hire again.

Leo did an awesome job! Very professional, accommodating and great work. Thoroughly cleaned up work site when they were done. I would highly recommend them.

These guys were great! I had about 8 lilac bushes that I cut down and needed the stumps ground down. These guys are a father son combo who stayed true to their word and worked with me on price. They were quick and efficient and even showed up early and met my timing needs. Would highly recommend Ismael's Tree Service!

We ordered a cord of wood to be delivered from them for agreed upon price of $230. We opted to stack it ourselves. As Leo was dumping it onto our driveway he explained he was making two stacks bc one stack was "humid" from (the 2") snow we had received the day before; I was immediately suspicious that that was his excuse for what would turn out to be green wood (but I had no way yet to know, so I kept it to myself rather than make an accusation toward them), and I was right. But worse, when my husband stacked it the next day it measured 2x4x8 (not the 4x4x8 of a full cord) with about 20 logs extra...LITTLE more than a HALF CORD (of half green wood at that!). We called & left a message (bc they NEVER answer calls) explaining it was short, we wouldn't burn anything till they could come & see & bring us either wood or money back. Two days later, still no call back from them. We called repeatedly for FIVE DAYS with NO response. They began sending us straight to voicemail. It was very clear that they had NO INTENTION of making it right & were avoiding us! (I wonder now how many ripped off people they are avoiding by not answering calls & only calling new customers back.) Their slogan says "Let us show you what real professionalism is"...WHAT A JOKE! Is it professional to short someone, dodge calls, and take their money without services rendered in full? If it was an oversight, they would have called back; if they thought WE were mistaken & what they delivered was fair, they would have called back. But they did not... and now they have run off with our money and are DUCKING US. HORRIBLE PEOPLE, HORRIBLE COMPANY. THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES, BUT I DON'T THINK THEY HAVE ENOUGH DECENCY FOR THAT EMOTION. .5 Stars is WAY overrated for them.
