The contractors did a fantastic job. The large project was an undertaking when you consider having to work on the weekend, during office hours with high traffic areas (15K Sqft Building). They were also able to accommodate & meet deadlines even after adding additional tasks on to the to-do list. They were meticulous during the walk-thru to point out items, I missed to resolve which was resolved quickly. Their professionalism was AWESOME and their kind & honest demeanor was refreshing to experience from beginning to end. I will definitely use them again and/or as a referral to others. BEST of ALL, they were reasonably priced...they deserve more than 5 stars.

Big job to tackle - LR, DR, up the staircase, 4BR , 2BA, 8 closets, baseboards,doors, and ceilings! Excellent work. Took a few extra days than expected because we added the ceilings as an afterthought, ( The new paint made the ceilings look ‘yellowish’) but was well worth the time! Bek and Nick were always on time and cleaned up as they went. Very personable , knowledgeable and easy to work with. Thanks, Intel Solutions, for my ‘new house’!!

Very pleased with the outcome of the overall project. We had an open foyers are painted including all trim and multiple rooms with wallpaper that had to be removed then skimmed and painted. Nick did an excellent job in getting the walls back in good shape to paint. Bek was very professional and honest about expectations and schedule. They were both easy to work with.

Painted 4 ceilings & 2 bedroom walls: Excellent work! They delayed showing up the day scheduled due to van vehicle not starting; and did not let me know til after 4 pm that they would not be there until the next day. Alfredo and guys did a great job!!
