Jeff provides transparent, first-class client care. A-team installation. Install was today, but I expect the same quality I received with the customer care. After multiple estimates, Intelliturf was the obvious choice. Beautiful product and peace of mind.

Worked with Jeff over the past three years to get artificial turf installed at my house in Boston. Due to my home situation and layout, it was a more difficult job and albeit more expensive than I originally thought. Jeff was more than happy to come out each time I requested an updated quote and was extremely helpful during my planning / budgeting process. He is clearly one of the best in the turf game and made me feel much more comfortable investing in a turf backyard. His communication was great and kept me updated on the scheduling process. His crew was extremely nice and professional. They did a great job and I couldn't be happier with the install. My dog already loves it! Highly recommend.

I tried Sod for my yard twice but my German Shepard killed it. I figured I give this a try and it has been two weeks so far and I feel it is one of the best things I have done. Yard looks great and the crew that put it in did an awesome job. They did a lot of work to level out the yard and to secure the turf down. Anyone is welcome to come and check this out in Lowell Ma. Outstanding experience from start to finish. Given that artificial turf is a huge investment, I thoroughly researched different companies, various turfs and obtained multiple proposals. Intelliturf was absolutely the best choice. Great product, reasonable price and outstanding installation. Jeffrey was incredible, very easy to work with. There was no tagging back and forth which is sometimes typical of working with contractors. He responded, scheduled an appointment, and provided a quote within days. The project was started and completed as promised. He contacted me at the end of the final day to be certain that everything was to my satisfaction and insisted that I reach out going forward with any issues that may arise. The whole endeavor was seamless. Great management, fantastic, hardworking crew and magnificent results. Gone are the days of an uneven, weed filled, muddy back yard. Looks awesome, feels great.. especially barefoot ! Highly recommend this company !!

I met Jeff, he was patient and showed us various turfs, listened to all my concerns and requests and guided us through the installation. We had our entire back yard turfed. At my request, he graded the land toward water drainage areas and listened to my concerns about underground electrical, gas, and sprinkler pipes. He was professional, patient, and careful. This was a lot of money - it was a large job. I am very happy to say it was an excellent investment. Our house is cleaner - no mud. Our back yard always looks great. I donâ t have to be concerned with mowing, fertilizing, or watering. Clean up after backyard parties, the dogs, even storms - is easy, Just hose or leaf blow! If you are thinking about converting to turf, call Jeff and meet with him. Think about the investment, but the minimum of ten years without any maintenance other than that mentioned above. A â no brainerâ !
