If you are thinking about adding turf to your home, business, etc. I would recommend IntelliTurf to the highest degree. Not only was the team extremely efficient and effective, but, they were also courteous and diligent. The completely changed the entire look of my backyard- it was a disaster, and now it really looks amazing. I would have nothing but positive things to say about IntelliTurf.

Jeffrey and his team were OUTSTANDING. Jeffrey explained every detail of the project to me, and his team was efficient, timely, and cleaned up the premise so that it looked as good as new. We have a small city back yard (which is difficult to get to), and the team was able to push through those hurdles and complete the project within three days. The grass looks real, full and lush. I am so incredibly happy with the final product and I will be recommending IntelliTurf to all my neighbors!

If I could, I would give them 10 stars in every category. From the very beginning, Jeff impressed me with his dedication / commitment to his customers and his knowledge of the product. He was incredible to work with; very professional, easy to contact. He always got back to me quickly with any questions I had. I spoke with Jeremy also. He was fantastic as well. The day of the install, everything went off like clockwork. They arrived on time and started. Jeff and the crew were all very personable, and boy did they work hard. They dug out my backyard in record time and moved on. The synthetic turf itself is beautiful and clearly a quality product. The drainage during the rain is a nonissue; it goes right through perfectly. Jeff's installation of it, is simply stunning. I LOVE it !!! The seams are virtually seamless. (I had seen installs of other companies that were horrible). I would recommend Jeff and Jeremy ANY DAY TO ANYONE. In today's world it's rare to find a company that places such high standards on themselves... to provide a quality product, at a fair price, with outstanding customer service practices. I was lucky to find all that with this company. They are truly, that rare company. I can't say enough about what a fantastic job they did. I'm so thankful. I LOVE my new backyard !!!

EVERYTHING that Jeremy told me would happen did happen . . . and in the time frame that he said it would. Everything was explained in detail. There were no surprises. It's not cheap, but it is labor intensive and there is no skimping on the high level of prep work prior to the actual turf installation. The actual turf installation is painstaking and done with exact measurements. I would recommend IntelliTurf to anyone. Jeremy and Jeff were accessible, courteous, and gentlemen from Day 1 to completion.
