Grass365 of New England

Jeffrey and his team installed turf in our backyard. I absolutely love it! We had terrible grass that never grew well, was rocky, covered in weeds, got muddy from the pool, the kids toys constantly burnt the grass, etc. The turf is 100% zero maintenance and looks like perfection. Jeffrey was knowledgeable, listened closely to understand our desires and gave great advice. His team got the job done timely on a tight schedule, which I greatly appreciated. They were efficient and delivered high quality work. The only downfall is that it's pricey. I understand why, the quality is there but ouch. I have to say, we got a quote from another company that was significantly cheaper however, Jeff could get the job done faster and he simply seemed more knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy.

Jeffrey and his team installed turf to cover our backyard and my other unit owners and I could not be happier with the result. They got the job done in a timely manner and delivered a high quality product that fit exactly what we were looking for. He was flexible and stuck to a timeline that was ideal for us. Most importantly, Jeffery and his team put the customer first and were very courteous.

Ok, first of all I get a little skeptic on hiring someone I don;t know. The first time I met Jeff, i felt like I've known him for awhile. He told me it would take 3 days to finish the project and that was install artificial grass around my in ground pool. His crew wheel barreled all the ground from around the pool to an area that needed some landscaping on my property. They did a great job. Then I made a change to the project, so it took Jeff and his crew 4 days to finish. Jeff didn't bat an eye or question my change. He said numerous times you tell me what you you want done and I'll do it. Jeff's crew was very polite and courteous. They knew what they were doing. If I ever need this done again, I'm calling Jeff. Jeff and his crew did an outstanding job and went above and beyond to get the job done in a timely manner to the extent of working the weekend. Best decision ever! We chose IntelliTurf over others because Jeffrey gave us the best information and answered all of our questions and concerns. We also thought his product was exceptional. We liked the fact that they use a fabric backing instead of the traditional Urethane hole punched backing. Jeffrey and his crew were wonderful, courteous and very hard working.
