The end result is great. There was a measuring issue, it is an odd-shaped space, but they handled it really well. Good communication, we did need to buy more material, but they made the trip from Boston to VT a second time at no extra charge, and didn't charge the time. Everyone makes mistakes, it is how they are handled that matters.

Intelliturf Project I was looking for a solution for the blank areaâ s between my raised beds. I was done with fighting weeds. I considered mulch, grass (from seed), sod, and various types of grown growth. All had disadvantages. I came across artificial turf on Home Advisor/Angieâ s List and was intrigued. Jefferey Lee, from IntelliTurf, came to my home to provide a free quote, showed me sections of turf, and listed all the advantages of artificial turf. We signed the contract. Jeff and the team did an exceptional job. They were meticulous with cuts around my garden beds. They also did a great job with the clean-up. I am extremely happy with the results, no more weeding between beds!

My experience with Jeff Lee and his team from IntelliTurf of New England was excellent from start to finish. Jeff reached out to me within an hour of listing my project on Home Advisor. I wanted to increase the grassy area of my small but lovely back yard to have more play area for my 6 grandchildren and less lawn maintenance. Jeff came out to view my project and provided me with design ideas, product samples, detailed product info and a written estimate within 24 hours. I had done my homework on IntelliTurf being a superior artificial turf product but my husband had not and was not as enthusiastic about the project as I was. Jeff returned and spent an hour explaining the difference between IntelliTurf and other artificial turf products as well as reviewing installation process. This is not an inexpensive project!! We decided to go ahead with the install and Jeff and his crew, once able to begin providing services during Covid Pandemic, completed our project in 5 days. Jeff is very hands on, supervising and working right along with his crew to assure customer satisfaction. His crew was excellent, skilled, friendly and professional all wearing masks and adhering to CDC guidelines. All were intent on us being completely satisfied with the result which we were.
