Grass365 of New England

We have 4 giant breed dogs. Grass365 installed artificial grass in our back yard. Grass365 absolutely exceeded our highest expectations. They were prompt and respectful of our home. Jeff kept us updated with an installation date. The installers were efficient and always welcomed questions. The installers paid attention to every detail. The installation was flawless. They installed a quality product which totally transformed our back yard living space. Customer service was outstanding. Would recommend without hesitation.

We installed the turf in a high traffic pool and play area of the hotel courtyard. The install crew was very professional. they worked quickly and did very high quality job. Upon our inspection of the work , we found absolutely no issues that need to be corrected. Our guests are amazed at the transformation of the area. The turf surface is very comfortable to walk on in bare feet and much cleaner than natural grass and topsoil. We will no longer need to consume water trying to maintain natural grass this large (13k SF) area . Our customers look for us to operate our business in an environmentally sensitive way, and they will appreciate this reduction of our water usage at this cape Cod property.

From management down to work crews, by far they past my expectations. I had three other company bid for a very difficult job. I have a feng shui. Garden that was around 4,000 sq ft or more of space. Grass365 was not the cheapest, Turf was great quality They had incredible reviews and lots of experience. As the old saying says, you pay for what you get and I was not taking any chances. The job came out fantastic. On the long run, the savings in landscaping/ water/ sprinkler maintenance, this job will pay it self in three years, itâ s all cruising after that! You canâ t go wrong with this outfit!

I still canâ t believe I got this small project done by such a professional company and crew. I was embarrassed of requesting a quote because I felt the job was too small but Jeffrey the companyâ s owner came to my house and literally said â no job is too smallâ . I truly appreciated his effort and his communication was extraordinary as we waited for a little warmer weather to start job. His crew came the scheduled day and responded to every question I had and did a great job transforming a muddy mess to a small but useful space for my dogs to run and enjoy.
