In His Time Appliance Repair

He made every effort to arrive on time despite having a traffic accident on his drive to my appointment. He called to inform me that he would be late.

He called me very quickly after I requested service. He was able to talk me through getting my exact Oven model number. When the part arrived he fixed and replaced it in an hour.

Very responsive and friendly, but he had to come back multiple (3) times to correct the same common problem and failed to connect the exhaust hose to the outside as requested. Added up to ~$300 in repairs, which is a reasonable price. Just took longer to cross off my list than was necessary. Have since learned that YouTube has great instructional videos on this and other common drier issues, so when the heating unit went out within weeks of this repair on the same drier, I fixed myself for under ~$30 in parts. Lesson learned.

Arrived on time, got right to work, knew what was the problem and fixed it. He was in and out of here in 45 minutes. He was personable, neat, explained what he was doing and why. I would hire him again.

Mr. Terry Wilson was the nicest repair person that I have ever encountered. I called at least six other Appliance repair companies and Home Advisor directed Terry to me. From the initial call he made to me until he completed the repair he was professional, knowledgeable, and informative to the extent he explained the steps he was going to take from start to finish. He was focused and worked steadily through the process of the repair. There is no question in my mind that he has an incredibly strong work ethic. I would, without hesitation, hire Mr. Wilson, Terry for any future repairs I might have. His quote and my final bill was as he estimated at the beginning. I know any of his future customers will have as positive experience as I had with Terry.

Such a great experience with Terry! Quick response, conscientious, extremely knowledgeable, and super polite and professional. He diagnosed our refrigerator problem right away and ordered parts to fix it, then came back as soon as they came in to install them. The whole experience was a treat, so grateful we had a chance to meet him. Former military who also worked as a VA health professional, now a pastor who loves his church, his family and his country. Just an all-around great guy who really knows appliances!

MR Wilson is very much of a gentleman and customer service oriented. He helped assess lightning damage to my gas oven. Talked to multiple suppliers to get the best price and availability. He communicated well to keep us informed. I would recommend this company highly.
