Terry was terrific. I liked him immediately. Not only did he call right away after I had scheduled an appointment, he was the only pro I talked to who would tell me what was possibly wrong with my washing machine. I could not believe how quickly he diagnosed the problem. He was very professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I found out he also repairs dryers, stoves and refrigerators. He is quite a find and will keep his card for the future.

Terry came within a couple of hours of my request which meant a lot since my refrigerator was not keeping temperature and I was at risk of losing a lot of food. He is so competent, experienced, professional and personable it was an absolute pleasure to have him in my home. He went step by step and explained everything he was looking at to diagnose the problem. I will recommend him to anybody in need of appliance repair in the future.

Terry was very personable and knowledgeable about refrigerators and that is what I was looking for. He was thorough with his diagnostic assessment and knew exactly how to fix it. He was very reasonable with his charges and only did what was needed to repair the appliance. We were very pleased with his services and will hire him again if we need a honest and reliable repairman.
