Very knowledgeable, honest, personable. Could have claimed that parts needed to be replaced when it was only a frozen drain. It wasnâ t cheap but compared to replacing the frig it was great. Will definitely use him again when needed!

He was able to stop by the day after I made the appointment to evaluate what was wrong with my dryer, quickly identified the broken component, ordered it, and returned the next day to complete the repair. He was right on time, promptly identified the issue with my dryer, called a supplier to make sure the necessary part was available, and returned the next day with the part to quickly do the repair. He's friendly, professional, highly skilled and very reasonably priced. I will definitely call on him again if an appliance dies, and I highly recommend him.

Terry was very kind, and came over quickly on the weekend. He did not really seem to know a whole lot about the refrigerator he was to help us with. He told us we had a part that was still under 10 year warranty, and that turned out not to be the case. While he was at the house he said one thing, and then contradicted himself later. All in all, we did not have a lot of confidence in his knowledge of this particular refrigerator. Instead of getting it repaired, we ended up having to get it replaced.
