It's almost impossible to find a repairman who will come on a weekend, but Terry replied to my online work request, came an hour later (when he said he would), quickly diagnosed and explained the problem and fixed it quickly and efficiently. Very pleasant, professional and friendly - down to earth guy - we felt comfortable with him immediately and he knew his business. I will call him for any other appliance repair needs in the future.

Terry arrived on the same day as scheduled, found problem with the dryer, ordred the least expensive option and had it installed on the following day as scheduled. Good all round guy.

He showed up on time. The sensor in my gas oven needed replacement. He ordered the part and installed it.....oven seems to be fine now. Was very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend him.
