Rado promptly responded to emails regarding questions about closing our pool. Scheduling was fast and efficient and he showed up on time on the scheduled date which is more than what I can say for several companies that I have used in the past. He and his team did an excellent job closing our somewhat complicated system of multiple pumps. He gave sound advice for the winter and what problems to look out for. Rates are very fair and reasonable. We'll be calling them next year for our opening/closing services.

Closed pool. Communicated timely and showed up when scheduled (which can be an issue for some pool companies). Answered emailed questions quickly. Very responsive.

Rado and his team made time to come by on a busy Saturday afternoon. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional and shared his insights on how to maintain a sparkling pool. I also appreciated his thorough review of our pool equipment and his advice on potential issues we should address. My wife and I now call him Dr. Pool - we will definitely be using his services again.
