Imperial Pools were very easy to work with. They came when they said they would (last pool company I used delayed a job scheduled in May until August). They did twice the work closing the pool than the company I used for twenty years, at a significantly lower price. The pool looks great and I d highly recommend them.

So far we are very pleased with their services. We have hired them to come to maintain our pool during the summer on a bi-weekly basis. We just bought a house that has a pool and we are basically clueless. I've been very happy so far with the way they explain things to me so I understand.

I used Imperial Pools to replace a liner. They should really get 6 stars out of 5, they went above and beyond every step of the way. Rado's communication via email and with pictures was excellent, I always knew what was going on. There were some additional, unexpected issues (unrelated to the job) at the very end of the project and they handled them happily and without charge. I cannot say enough positive things about this team.
