I would not hire this handyman again for the following reasons: ? Lack of integrity ? He made repeated promises that were not fulfilled and frequently blamed weather or other projects for delays. In Houston-it can be raining in one area and not in another area. ? Payment issues ? He often requested payments before they were due and appeared disorganized throughout the project. ? Unreliability ? He regularly failed to show up as scheduled, provided excuses, and did not communicate when plans changed. ? Poor accountability ? Rather than acknowledging unfinished work and correcting it, he consistently justified delays and minimized concerns. ? Incomplete workmanship ? He left improperly installed rain gutter downspouts and failed to return as agreed to correct the issue, instead offering to "try" to fix them at a later date. His response to some of past negative reviews are on point. I would not hire him for big jobs.

I had a great experience working with the handymen. With competence and attention to detail, they completed a wide range of jobs with excellent work and dependable solutions. Everything went off without a hitch and smoothly. The handyman delivers truly excellent service. The group ensured that every task was finished quickly and to a high degree since they were skilled, professional, and reliable.

I like Martin because he explained the work to be done and why it needed to be done. He kept it simple for me to understand, he was patient with me asking questions as well. The cost may be high for me because I am on a fixed budget, however his work was great. I will reach out to Martin should future projects arise. I will also refer him to family and friends.

Martin is very knowledgeable and precise. It has taken twenty years,. but we finally found an honest contractor who does great work for a reasonable amount. Cost wise--i think he about in the middle while his work is at the top. For example,he used the top grade of pec:s in his . Repipong.. when the unexpected plbg issue arose, his master plbr handled it with and professionally.

Martin was great!! He is awesome to work with and will always take the time to explain everything to you. He knows how to make his customers happy and works hard to do so! Will definitely recommend him and use him again!

In addition to laying new tile in our bathroom, which they did beautifully, we asked them to re-caulk a few areas around the tub. When I was not happy with the color of the caulk, they cheerfully came out the next day and redid the work to my admittedly obsessive standard. We could not be happier.

Martin did a great job explaining everything he was going to do to repair my gate. He kept me informed thruout the project. He's got a confident, friendly attitude that put me at ease. Will definitely hire again!
