First Quality Roofing and Tile

The most conscientious worker (Tony) I have encountered in many years. He was not satisfied until I was, and I was not sure what was necessary to solve our leaky roof problem. Thank heavens for people with this level of work ethic, experience and knowledge. Most highly recommended.

After interviewing several vendors, I decided to use this one. They are highly recommended and I spoke with the evaluator to get an assessment of the cause, nature, and solutions to the problem. They not only offered to fix the problem but also explain the warranty options and advantages of each type. They completed the job as planned and left the area clean.

This company was very professional. Showed up early and completed the repair above my expectations.

They showed up and then said they would . They did the work professional manner and completed it when they said they would. All in all a good experience.

A couple of things keep me from giving a higher rating. Although the estimator was polite and thorough, his estimate write up caused confusion when the worker arrived to perform the repairs. Trying to work through a bit of a language fluency problem, I realized the worker thought there was only one location on the roof to be repaired. In fact there were two locations requiring similar type of repair. After trying to explain to the worker what was supposed to be done I found it necessary to have him call the office to get clarification from the estimator. This whole thing caused about a twenty minute delay in getting started. Also, the next morning we realized there were two large roof shingles laying on the ground outside close to where repairs were done on the roof above. Since we did not know if these were shingles blown loose from the repair site or not we contacted the company to inspect the repairs. The worker who arrived to inspect the work areas was polite and efficient. He determined the repaired areas were in tact and the first repairman had left the old shingles in the yard. Also the next morning we discovered three roofing nails scattered between the sidewalk and the street where the workman had parked his work truck. Not good for unfortunate car tires.

Great experience with this company. They came out on an emergency roof leak on the same day. Explained the problem and gave me fair price to repair. They did a great job on roof and inside house on the drywall. I would definitely recommend them and will be using again if I ever need roof repairs in future.

The roofers did a great job and then made sure everything was picked up plus they went around with a magnet to pick up all the loose nails

Late and over estimate

I'M SO GREATFULL TO HAVE A COMPANY DO WHAT HAD TO BE DONE PROPERY. ABSOLUTLY EVERYONE WAS PROFESSIONAL !!
