Replaced a 30 year old wood shake roof with Owings Corning duration premium asphalt shingles & added R-19 blown in insulation to existing R-30. Used OC Decoridge Shingles. Also repaired and painted a bedroom ceiling that had been damaged from roof leak. First quality salesperson to me was Billy, and roof foreman, Vincente. All the work was excellent including Billy's office staff and e-mail comm. answering my questions. There written bid was thorough and lower than I expected and comparable to other contractor bids. First Quality wrote in extras that helped sway the decision. Rated A+ by the BBB. Clean up excellent. Pleasant experience.

First Quality Roffing was professional and did a good job repairing my roof. Jeffrey was prompt coming over to give me an estimate. He explained to me what he was going to do before he got on the roof. He took pictures of damaged and missing tiles; then, he show me the pictures of repairs needed and the exact cost. That same afternoon, Angel came over with closely matched tiles and did the repairs. The cost was reasonable considering the type of work and working in 100 degree heat and also, the job was done in a couple of hours.
