First Quality Roofing and Tile

The estimator was on time and very friendly, listened to our issue and explained the reason of the leak. Checked our roof in detail and noticed many tiles that were broken and the main source of the leak. Got a repair estimate and within a week, the repari person was at my house. I was called one day before to confirm the time, he was very good, repaired the leak and even replace many broken roof tiles from other areas. I am very pleased with the work done, time of completion. I think that it was a bit too much for the charge, but bottom line, I guess that fact that their service and response time makes it up.

They were quick to respond and appear to have done a quality job.

New regs by SW Gas delayed rebate program, contractor reduced price to compensate. Should have been ready for this change. Other than that very professional and nice working crew.

Everyone we dealt with was very professional. The only complaint that I have is that I had to call to get an appointment scheduled. When I did call, I was told that an appointment had been scheduled for me the next day at 9am. Granted, I did not need to be here, however, I would of still liked to have known when the work was going to be done. When I got home that day there was a message on my machine asking me to give them a call but nothing about an appointment being set.

Estimator came out and found additional repairs that were necessary that were not found by others. Included these repairs in his bid with was the lowest of the three. Very professional company from all I had contact with.

Man came when we were out and left no card or bill to indicate completionn of Job.

First Quality Roofing was one of three companies that we called. They gave us a fair price for our roofing repair bid, did the work in a timely fashion and so far...no leaks! This work was done a couple weeks prior to our recent 4 day downpour so we are very happy with their work.
