First Quality Roofing and Tile

The gentleman who came to do the estimate was on time and very professional and personable. When the job was performed the workman was on time and did the work quickly and left no mess behind. I was very satisfied with the work performed. My only concern was that when I called the office to inform them I had chosen them to do the work, and to schedule the appointment I was told someone would call me back to let me know what time they would be arriving on the day of the work, but no one called. I ended calling the morning the day the work was to be done to confirm the appointment and was told they would be there any moment.

They contacted me right away to come out and give me an estimate. They were not the cheapest bid. But, they actually bid to remove the old shingles not just lay new ones on top of the old ones. Once I accepted their bid they scheduled the work for the next business day. The workers showed up around 8:00am. The completed the job that day. The roof looks great. The did evrything they said they would. The did not leave any mess behind. I am very happy with the job they did.

The organization was extremely prompt in starting and finishing the roof repairs. I have a proeperty manager for the property. And accoding to the property manager's inspection, it was a job well done.

Very timely, professional and reasonably priced

They showed up, gave an understandable and well priced bid - they answered a few more questions before we hired them. We scheduled the work - they showed up on time, all workers were in uniform, very courteous, polite - and man they worked so very very hard. When my husband came home and climbed up on the roof - he was very pleased. Highly recommended.

Bid was complete with no extras. Vidal Cuevas, Field Manager made sure you got the job complete and to your satifaction. He made you feel the job was being done on his home. We have used Quality Roofing now twice and both times felt we were important as customers of this compay. The office staff is just as postive in handling of your needs as the field manager and salesman.

Honest Abe (aka First Quality Roofing) was great. They called within 20 minutes of my service magic request. The estimator was out wihtin 1 day to evaluate my roof for damages resulting from some high winds. It took 4-5 days to ultimately find a match for the required roofing tiles, but the repair job ended up taking less than an hour. Repairs are "tiered" into different levels. My roof needed 8-10 tiles replaced, which put my job into a "level 2" job, with a set cost of $339. Not bad, considering this was a roof repair, done on very short notice. The qualtiy of the repair was very good. A few holes and cracks that probably didn't need to be sealed were sealed without me even asking. I had a few other loose tiles on the roof which were not part of the addiitonal esitmate, and those were secured as well with no questions asked. Everyone involved (from the receptionist taking my calls, to the estimator, to the actual roofer) were all very professional. All appointments were kept right on time as scheduled, and they called 15 minutes before hand to alert me of their arrival. I will use "First Quality" roofing again, if I have the need for additional repairs in the future.
