Jeff came to clear a clogged toilet which he did within 5 minutes. Then I asked him to clear my dryer vent & he began cleaning right away. Looks like no one has cleaned the vent since the apartment was built, could not find the exit point of the vent. Jeff kept looking climbing on the roof & checking in the garage ceiling to find it. He finally found it on the outside of the building & cleaned the vent from outside in. The dryer vent was finally clear, you would not believe the lint that came out. I was very impressed with Jeff & he was very polite. I would recommend him to anyone.

I was impressed with Jeff's professionalism, his willingness to answer all my questions and his "I'm here to help you" attitude. The work was done quickly and he put everything back the way he found it. We talked about why the problem occurred and things I could do to prevent it in the future. We also reviewed other plumbing questions I had and I will look to Home Pros/Jeff for plumbing assistance in the future.
