Nice guy But left a leak said coming back Saturday to replace a piece...never came back or called...

We regret your experience, we attempted on several occasions to return and make this leak right. We responded to this service call attempted to clear washing machine drain. We were not able to clear due to line having internal damage. We provided an estimate for hydro jetting drain line. Since we were not able to clear we did not charge for this service call as a courtesy to you for being a return customer. No notification was given to administration about plumber having to return prior to this review. We would have been happy to make things right if we would have been informed of issue.
