I had to call the plumber back because he left me without a working toilet. Plumber did come back next day to resolve issues.

Im sorry to hear about this experience you had. We returned to install a supply line for a toilet at no additional charge even though you insisted that you would provide your own supply line and that you did not want ours due to additional cost of supply line. As far as the bolts we would have been happy to cut them and make it right if you would have called us to report this issue. We try to provide professional service to all of our customers no matter how big or how small a job is. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.

I called and explained my problem and asked how soon I could get service. The gentleman said he'd call me back, which he did. He scheduled the repair within the next two hours. Erik arrived and took care of the problem quickly. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend Home Pros.
