Over all 100% great experience, an A+. They moved block fence walls and build 14ft by 29ft covered patio for us, witch included drawings and getting the permits and inspections. Their price was great, half the price of bid we got from some other companies. No back charging or hidden charges. Franco was easy to communicate with, honest and understanding. We had an office converted to a bedroom. Home Builders created a new entrance for the room, built a closet, walled off the original double door entrance, installed tile on the floor at the new entrance to match the existing flooring, and finished all the walls to match. The project was completed in a timely manner and they were very professional and polite. Pricing was very fair-we felt we received a great value for the quality of work. They were very flexible with design changes and accommodating for the needs of our family. I would recommend them to anyone and we are planning our next home project and hope to use Home Builders again.

No project is without problems and last minute on the fly changes. I learned to trust Franco to solve these problems and make decisions both big and small on our behalf. He recommended changes where he saw room for improvement (and in most cases I agreed with him) but I never felt like he was trying to "upsell" me with unnecessary options. On several occasions he went the extra mile at his own time and expense to make sure it was done to our satisfaction. He held himself accountable for everything his sub-contractors did. The buck stopped with him. He has an amiable character and treated us with respect and understanding of our point of view.
