We hired Home Builders after watching them complete an attached garage and bathroom for one of our neighbors. I spoke to our neighbor and he was very happy with this company. I also researched their license and reviews. Franco and his group designed, permitted and built a freestanding garage for us. It was very convenient to have them do the entire process from start to finish. They are very experienced and helped us with choosing good/cost effective options throughout the design process and construction. We were very happy with the process and the final product. The customer service was great and even with a lot of rainy days during the construction, they still finished on time. We were very comfortable with their crews and they were respectful of our property. I have total trust in Franco and I would definitely hire them again. We actually had them do two additional small projects and again, very happy. I would highly recommend this company.

Very responsive to small changes while project ongoing. Quality work.

Home Builders added a room to our house and built a free-standing shop. We are very happy with the work they did and would recommend them wholeheartedly. Because of material shortages and delays, the project took longer than hoped, but the workers were very pleasant, detail oriented, and did a great job. Communication with the company was easy, with quick replies to questions and regular updates on progress and schedule, and there were no surprise unanticipated expenses at completion. We would definitely want to use them if we had another project.

Beware! They agreed to services and bailed at the last minute. After completing our new addition, they left us without a new front door or overhang. They did not even offer referrals and now I am scrambling to finish this project, just in time for monsoon season. They make promises that they can not keep. I would not recommend Home Builders!

Excellent work ethic, and excellent workmanship. Price was very competitive. Home Builders, LLC actually kept us updated on the project schedule, told us when to expect certain things to happen, and explained on the rare occasion why the schedule had to be varied. I would definitely use them again, and would recommend them to anyone needing work.
