I was quite impressed with the team at Home Advisors. They did an excellent job and the cost was more than reasonable. I was never left hanging in regards to plan and schedule and addressing my questions and concerns. They kept in constant communication during the entire project. They also did a good job keeping the job site clean and orderly. They exceeded my expectations and I would not hesitate to rehire them for future remodeling projects.

Home builders remodeled my 2 car garage which had served as my studio into a 1 bedroom casita for me. This project was started and completed in the middle of covid. We experienced delays in permits, lumber, lack of qualified workers, you name it. Franco and his people were patient and persistent. The final product is not only worthy of ARCHITECTURAL DIGEST but a delight to live in.

Home Builders did an outstanding job with my backyard porch. Communication was excellent as I was always kept appraised as to the status of the project. Different work teams came to my residence to complete their part. They were highly skilled, friendly, and exhibited a strong work ethic. I would use them in the future should I need additional work on my property. They were absolutely the right choice for me.

Working with Franco, the general contractor, his secretary Madison, and construction crew couldn't have been better. They were professional, respectful, communicative, dependable, and more. How pleased we are with the finished project! We consider them friends, as well.

good but slow

I highly recommend this company for any home repairs needed. We contracted Franco to repaint the trim outside the home and repair the carport and paint. His crew also repainted inside and tiled the kitchen and hallway. The fireplace was also repaired. Franco and his crew listened to all our suggestions and completed the job in a timely manner. I appreciated Franco checking in and reviewing the progress of the repairs. The crew was great and the work was beyond my expectations. Franco did help us quite a bit with outstanding suggestions and did help us with keeping the cost down. My next project is the bathroom with Franco's help.

The relationship with Franco is what made the project work. His expertise was key in finding innovative solutions to some challenging remodeling issues. His knowledge coupled with an experienced crew fulfilled our design vision. Also, Franco really works with the client to mange cost and schedule when the inevitable remodel problems or design changes happen.

Although we had some unexpected issues and there was a cost overrun, I felt he made every effort to make things right and keep cost down. He was easy to work with and his crew was very good. He is very quality and customer oriented and is very detailed. He explains things very clearly. I would definatley recommend Franco and would use him again.
