1st from day 1. Owner was super nice. I put over $5000 down and was suppose to get scheduled and never heard from them for almost 2weeks. My cameras were not set up properly initially. Installers had to leave for some time for materials and 3 months later I get a bill for extra hours for them leaving to get materials. Also my cameras capabilities are not functioning properly. They sent a tech out and he was able to correct the issue from initial install however my functionality of cameras are not working still as they should for $11,000. Still waiting for this issue to be resolved. Ive messaged many times with no response. So my cameras are not FUNCTIONING as they should and I Never heard back from the additional $1400 invoice that I received a bill for 3 months after having system installed.
