"I messaged them on Thanksgiving evening, thinking I would get a reply back within a week. I received one from Joseph Nastasi, the company owner, within 10 minutes. He was extremely polite and scheduled an appointment with me to assess the project. He showed up on time and we discussed the project; I had bought all the materials already and pulled up the carpet in preparation to have tile work done. From there, he gave me a quote that was far beyond just merely fair, I had gotten an absolute gem of a deal. I agreed immediately and set a date. The team sent over Rob Carr, who set to work immediately. My floor had a slight uneven bearing in two places, which worried me, but within two days, I had a perfectly set porcelain tile floor that was smooth, even, and definitely cleaned up the room from the original stock carpet. Quality of work and timeliness for the project was simply amazing. I'm a first time home owner and this was my second biggest project I had done on the house, (first being the roof). Within the expanse of a weekend, my living room of 680 square feet was transformed from a regular, worn down space and into an outstanding living room that both looked and felt like a new modern home. But its the little details that made it extremely worthwhile to remember this company. They found time in December at the last minute, to send one of their most skilled professionals out to oversee the project, and didnt skip any steps. Their sheer professionalism in how they handle business was beyond my expectations, and Ive been active duty military for 15 years. When I fell short on my materials, they showed up the next day with surplus to get the job done right. They took the time to tell me how to treat and care for my floors, and gave me extremely competitive quotes for my next set of projects. But the part that I felt was the most important, is that they don't view this merely as a job. They have genuine pride in their work and reputation. There were details that I didn't know of that they simply took care of without adjusting the final cost of the project. Truly honest work done by truly honest people. I can simply not recommend them strongly enough for your further home needs. Your job will be done within expected parameters agreed upon by you, it will last for years without requiring any re-work, the price is VERY good, and they will do so in the most professional and polite of manner. "Helene was amazing! Our first time hiring an interior designer and I regret not doing this 5 years ago. She decorated my 13 month girls room from start to finish. Paint, crib, lighting decor, storage, cabinets, bookshelves etcâ ¦.she listened to all my needs and specific desires for my little girls room and exceeded my expectations. We walked into a completely finished room. She worked very hard to create our little girls room and even baby proofed the dressers for us because we asked. We got a crib that can transform to a toddler bed, the cutest chandelier/Fan combo, and amazing artwork. She even added in a personalized pink glittery wooden name as a gift and wallpaper which was absolutely beautiful and really made the room. "Kelly is kind, cooperative and very talented. She listened when we discussed what I wanted prospective buyers to feel as they walked through our condo. She listened when I told her certain artwork or decor items meant something to me. And finally she listened when I said my vision and the decorating tools to express it had reached a pause and I needed her help. Kelly and Brett make an outstanding team on the half days they come to a property to stage and make her ideas for my space come to life. They make certain pictures are hung securely, the places decor items are put on are carefully dusted as are the items and that windows facing our incomparable view were cleaner than they ever had been. Our 2210 sq ft condo facing Boca Ciega Bay was a challenge to stage. We owned this condo for over 22 years making many memories here and accumulating books, artwork, photos and all the necessary items for entertaining. Kelly worked with what we had and the items she bought with us in mind. That was important to me because so many memories are captured by all the items we have. Kelly somehow managed to use our items in ways which highlighted them in a fresh, new way. She is so skillful and so talented.
