John Sanders is one of the most authentic, honest, skillful, people I have ever dealt with and among the most professional. His very courteous team showed up on time to tackle 8 stumps and a root ball. He personally kept me posted at every turn and, when he encountered an unexpected problem with a rootbal that I thought might make anyone give up on th job, he methodically figured it out, did not stop until the job was complete. He was very concerned about cleaning up the job site and being sure I was satisfied before accepting payment. I highly recommend John Sanders and his team from Highland Trees. Iâ d use them again in a heartbeat.

Good work. Courteous people. Competitive bid, but estimator did not actually do the work. So, those who did the work continually reminded me of what a low bid we got for the work to be done. I probably would have asked them to clean up and smooth out the yard more than they did, but I was feeling a little guilty about how little I was paying for the entire job. Don t misunderstand, they really didn t leave a mess. I just would have liked a little smoother yard, especially where the huge tree fell into the yard. There were a couple of deep dents left in the yard.

They arrived 10 minutes early to get set up and notify me what's going on the whole time they're very professional and John was very knowledgeable on what he did on cutting my tree. They worked just about all day non-stop to get the job done and also cleaned up really well afterwards. I couldn't find any better people folks to do the job that they did because when I've got for other quotes from other tree services John and his crew was the best price and they did an outstanding job. John and his crew sowed up early and started right away. Wow what a crew within an hour the had stiped away all branches and than took down the tree. This is a very hard working crew, they are fast and professional. Thanks guys ooh yea the price is right.
