Ms, Shannon is a very nice person who showed understanding and professionalism. She not only gave me estimates but explained the process in great detail. The team arrived on time, cut down and dis-. carded both my trees and grounded down the stumps. Cleanup of their hard work was immaculate. No complaints-very satisfied.

The only issue I had was the lack of communication. I was scheduled for the work first thing Wednesday morning. When nobody was here by 9:00, I called and John told me they were running late on a big job and they would be here the next day. I had gutters scheduled for install on Friday morning so I told him it was imperative they get the job on Thursday. His crew didn t show up until 5:00 Thursday night. They did get the job done but it was very nerve racking, waiting for them. John s price was well below the other bids that I got and he s a very polite, pleasant person. I would use him again and hope his communication would have improved.

I do not have any complaints with tree service. They done a great job and I am very satisfied with there service.
