Excellent service. Kept in contact about arrival schedule because of rain delays. Took extra care to not damage yard with heavy equipment. Cleaned up removal site. I would highly recommend their services.

They came a trimmed my tree and after they left he called a said he had washed the check I had given him and could he get a replacement which I did. While he was at my home getting the replacement check, I showed him the tree he had trimmed and failed to cut two limbs that needed cutting and he agreed but now he will not return my calls and has not returned to cut the limbs. This has been going on since March 13, 2020.

I would use Highland Tree Service again with no hesitation.

Had estimate done over two weeks ago, but have been unable to schedule appointment. I think they may be good, but have not had the opportunity to see a completion of work.

John and crew deserve a rating of 10. They were so professional and organized. Their work ethic is like no other. Clean up was unbelievable as John and each of his team members pulled their own weight and worked feverishly until the job was completed and the lawn was spotless. I had 2 enormous tress that needed to be removed due to the storm damage left behind in Hermitage. I previously had some tress cut by someone else. Without reservation John grinded three stumps. I can't say enough positive things about this company. No one should have any questions on hiring. While they were working, a number of people walked and drove by to take pictures of the signage on his trucks I will and have recommended to others. Thank you, John for your honesty and for running such a reputable business.

Wow! John, has an amazing professional, coordinated team that was very thorough, courteous and on-time everyday. I had extremely tall trees in my backyard which could have destroyed my house if they fell down. They meticulously cut done every tree and cleaned up all debris. If you need a tree service company Highland Tree Service is the one and only tree service to hire. If I could give them another five stars I would. Excellent service!
