First time user with Home advisor, very pleased with result and with Highland. Submitted request on Sunday and had a response in an hour with meeting for bid that afternoon for very reasonable cost. Better yet, John offered possible completion of job later in day when crew finished current work in the area. Crew arrived around 5:00 with plenty of daylight left to complete removal of medium-sized 6 to 8 inch diameter branches overhanging the roof and to cut two medium-sized trees. Great guys worked quickly and asked for my thumbs up at each stage of work and were always going the extra distance to please. They hauled away the cuttings leaving the yard front and back clean. Couldn't be happier with Highland from the extra free work to cut a branch in the front offered by John during the bid process to the tireless effort going extra to please by the crew and all done in one day from request to work completed! Bravo to Home advisor and to Highland.

John and his crew did good work for me!!!! They cut my tree with no problem???? The crew was nice and very hard workers and experience on what they do i am happy with them i will used them again !!!! And john was easy to talke to and well-mannered person
