Well, this is my follow-up review after hiring Hercules foundation repair. I own a small 760 sq. ft. home on pier and beam that was sagging and leaning. Two beams had to be replaced all existing footings abandoned and 30 concrete piers installed under this little house. The crew was fantastic, beginning work a couple of days after signing contract, the city permit came through and those men fanatically dug holes under this structure that were at least 4-4 1/2 feet deep. They had all of two feet above them to work. The house was leveled in two days, the city engineer approved work on the third and the fourth day all concrete was cured and house was officially level and ready for remodel. An independent engineer from Austin signed off on the final product and told me that it was one of the better jobs he had seen especially with the house being one of the worst. I spent $12000 to have this project done and done well. If I will take a cheap route regarding windows, paint, flooring, lighting, appliances, I will, but the foundation will never be an area that I will ever consider saving a penny on with a company less qualified than Hercules. I am thrilled with the efficiency, incredibly quick work, and the follow-up service (a 10 year guarantee, doesn't hurt), that this company provided for my money. I would highly, highly, recommend Hercules for any foundation repair but especially pier and beam leveling and correcting.

My experience with Hercules started out with a home visit by Collin A., the owner's son. After listening to my concerns, he inspected the house inside and out, then he drew up an easy to understand plan of action, and agreed to a price and start date. Everything went extremely well. The crew, lead by Mike, was fantastic and kept me updated on everything. The entire job took 5 days, and when they finished, I was over the moon satisfied. Worth every dollar and I plan to have Hercules do some additional work on my drainage.

Hercules Foundation Repair recently completed leveling the foundation of my home, which had dropped close to 3 inches in some areas. I was very pleased with their work. I am actually very aware of the improved leveling as I walk through that area of my home. Allen was courteous and respectful and answered my many questions thoroughly and with patience throughout the entire process. All of the crew members were polite and took photos so that I could view their work during the tunneling. Working with Allen made me aware that this family-owned business makes a concerted effort to please the customer, and I appreciate that.

They are not very good with communication. After paying $3000 deposit weeks went by without word of scheduling our appointment. We had to reach out to them and they were not very responsive. After schedulimg a date they showed up on wrong day we were not home. Nothing was explained on what they would actually be doing they just sent a crew and they started digging holes with no communication. Had to keep calling them to ask questions and most of the time they did not have an answer for me. They did not put everything back as it was that they moved and they left all the additional dirt and giant chunks of concrete all in my yard. I sent a message asking if it was normal to leave all the concrete and additional dirt like it was and have got no response days ago.

There is not one bad thing to say about Hercules foundation repair. It seems to be a family run business with father and children. All were cordial and professional. Work was performed on time with no delays. The foreman Jesse and his work crew was a pleasure. The job was done to perfection with no hiccups. Thanks Hercules Hercules.
