Prompt. Crew was good and picked up after themselves. Didn t like some of the work after the Forman left job site. Have a few little issues, but only because I m meticulous. Overall was good value and would definitely recommend.

Honest people. Explained the process and showed up on time. They cleaned up and respectful. Overall great job.

i had Toby and Allen come out to evaluate my home and immediately i signed up. Not only were they thorough with the inspection but the price was right! i went ahead and did the steel pier system even though the price was a little more expensive it seemed they would be a better fix. i was expecting pretty big mess due to my research of this kind of work but they were pretty good at keeping the dirt on those blue blankets or tarps. My house got raised properly and they even had a engineer come out and certify it. i couldn't be anymore happy with the work that was performed and will recommend them to anyone who needs this kinda work done.

This company is outstanding, they gave me a fair bid and they were very good at communicating with us as homeowners. They did a really good clean up, I couldn't be more pleased with the work from this company.

We bought our house a year ago and we knew it needed some foundation work but we’re informed by our inspector it was normal shifting for texas and it could wait some years before anything would need to be done. That was wrong... sooo very wrong. Major shifting happened in the 12mn we had been here huge cracks in foundation and ceilings. Doors stuck or not closing properly. Hercules foundation came out the same week we requested a quote. Allen was friendly and very informative and gave us a fair price on top of a military discount which really helped us out. We signed the contract and paid the P deposit fee. The only problem we had with them was scheduling they postponed our start date two times. So we didn’t start till three weeks after our original planned start date. (Make sure to get the start date on the contract before signing) other than that one annoyance the crew that came out was wonderful! They came on Monday and was done on Tuesday. Everyone was very respectful and tidy. They cleaned up the yard and you would have no idea they were even there! The cracks closed the door all worked properly! My house finally feels centered. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Just next time I would get that start date on the contract first.

My experience with Hercules started with the owner who was quick to respond to my request for a visit to quote leveling my foundation. I found out this is a family owned business during our visit which is important as I like to support locally owned businesses. Everyone I have spoken to and worked with on my project have been very professional, positive and responsive. The project was kept to the timeline and budget to include the clean-up. I would highly recommend Hercules to anyone wanting a job well done at a competitive price.
