Hercules Foundation Repair and Remodeling

Half the cost competitors quoted me and no one was salesy or pushy. They did a great job at a great price but the straightforward customer service and lack of BS stood out the most.

Allen came out to give me a bid which was a very fair price. The crew leader Elton was professional and friendly he would advise the time of arrival and notify me before they were leaving and Mike who overseeing the jobs in the area would come by to make sure things were being done and that I wasn't having any problems. Thank you Allen and the whole team it was done faster then I thought it would be.

Collin was informative and his work crew was both professional and hard working! They answered questions, kept the area clean, met the projected deadline, completed the work with expertise! I can t say enough about this overall positive experience. A truly great company that I d recommend to both family and friend!

Allen, with Hercules, was great to work with! Living in Utah and owning a rental in San Antonio, it's difficult to know who you can trust and the quality of the work performed. Very professional

Allen and Collin were quick to respond to the call for help. They were detailed in their explanation of their proposed solution, and while not the cheapest option, they offered the best quality product. Inevitably we ran in to plumbing issues (old house with a few additions over the years) and they were quick to analyze and correct those problems. The work crew was prompt and diligent and did a fantastic job cleaning up and putting things back to “normal” when they completed the job. While I hope you don’t need their services, I highly recommend Hercules should you need a foundation repair.

Hercules Foundation Alan Alexander, Mike Sanchez and their crew were awesome. They were courteous, showed up on time and kept us informed every step of the way. As expected issues arose with plumbing. They were helpful, understanding and accommodating. They offered professional assistance and guidance as to how to correct issues, and delayed their schedules to allow us opportunities to investigate and correct problems outside of the work contracted for. As I researched and talked with others with similar issues this was not their experience with their foundation contractors. I highly recommend Hercules Foundation. They were not the most nor the least expensive, but offered the best steel pier system at a reasonable price. Professionalism, courteousness, product and work ethic was awesome.

I had an excellent experience with the company. In addition to repairing the piers of the house they also found out why I had no water for 4 days and repaired the additional issue. I highly recommend the company.
