I want to start by saying when I had an opportunity to speak with someone they were extremely friendly and every time they came to my home they were again extremely friendly! Now the downside, each time they over 30 mins late, they still do not have the correct address despite numerous calls & talks, I was double charged (during Xmas time no less) and no offer to try & refund or discount. Pest control I was under the impression it would be more detailed but a man came to my home and put down 7 mousetraps and that was all. I no surveying of the property, advice or recommendations. After this I tried to call/email to cancel any future work but they I couldn?t get a hold of anyone and no one tried to call me back until I received a reminder call about them come out. I told the guy I canceled the service yet it still shows up on my online account. It was just too much work.

The individual, Ron, who made the initial contact with us, kept in touch with us throughout the whole project . He set an appointment time and even called ahead when he was able to come a little earlier. He assessed the problem quickly, procured the parts we needed and completed the repair in an amazingly short period of time. Ron was courteous and wore protective coverings over his shoes so that our carpet would not get dirty. We were thoroughly pleased with the work of Ron on behalf of Healthy Home Pest Control and Services and would definitely hire this company again.
