We hired them for duct cleaning. They were very prompt, even beat us to the house. When we got there (at the appointment time) they already had started setting up equipment outside of their truck. I had been contacted twice during the day to see if they could move my appointment time up, however I told them I could not as I was at work until the time we had scheduled for. They were very polite when we arrived and gave us a quick run-down of what would be happening. They seemed to do a good job, though I cannot see inside the vents. I am giving them only 4.5 stars because they seemed like they were rushing the job. I didn't like that because it made me feel like we weren't an important job for them. I was told on the phone it could take up to 3 hours for a thorough duct cleaning but these guys were finished and out of there in less than an hour. I can only assume and hope that they were still able to do a thorough duct cleaning so quickly. As I said, I can't go in the ducts to see if they are really clean or not. I did feel the price was a little high, but I had already contacted another company and the price was similar. Overall we are happy with their service, just wish we could actually see proof that the ducts are in fact clean and wish that they had not tried to rush the job.

We also had our ducts and vents cleaned. We are so far very pleased with the service performed. The workers were very professional and very courteous. We will definitely use this company again.

I am waiting the 10 day period as suggested, but I still see a lot of bugs. If after the 10 days I still see bugs, they will get a call.

I can not comment on any of their other services, which could be OK, but forget them for bee control. They came out and I had to call them back three other times. Four different guys came and sprayed for bees and none had talked to the other about the problem. Called another company that found a hive in the eave under the gutter. $150.00 dollars down the drain. Each of them asked if we wanted our air ducts cleaned which seemed to be their main concern. William was the fourth technician that came and really tried to fix the problem, but in spite of his great effort was not successful

They were great!!! Took about an hour and my allergies have calmed down since they did it. Also, there is a lot less dust in my house and the a/c and heater work a lot better.
