Even though my dryer has not complained about the vent clogging up, I can't be assured that there won't be further problems because the people from Healthy Home Pest Control & Services cleaned the dryer duct from the outside and did not do so from inside my house. I would have preferred to be there during the appointment. It's wonderful that I didn't even have to be home but I left work early and wasted my leave.

We hired to have our vents cleaned because of an annoying dust problem. I would say that the dust problem is now worse than before this service was provided. Also we were told that they would take pictures and video of the clean air ducts - this was not done. I contacted the company on this only to be told they do not provide this.

worked quickly, explained possible reasons for bugs in my dishwasher, explained what he was doing to eliminate them. Very quickly the few bugs I continued to see were clearly poisoned as they no longer could move away from me as I snatched them with paper towels and got rid of them. It took about two weeks before I saw no more bugs

The tech that came out was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained what he was going to do, answered any questions I had, gave me time to get anything together or out of the way that I needed to, and then went to work. Price-wise, it was less than half of what other companies were wanting to treat the whole house and there are free treatments that can be scheduled after if needed. I'll be sticking with these guys.
