They were amazing it is nice to use a local company. Great Customer service my ants are gone. Then I signed up to have my air ducts cleaned wow can I breathe better. Highly recommended them... The technician were very friendly and nice.

Hired contractor to treat three 7 ft tall evergreens on my property seriously infected with bagworms. Treatment was applied August 9th 2018. Contractor received immediate payment of $99.99 for services rendered. Upon inspection 2 weeks later bagworms continued their fiesta and remain thriving. Treatment obviously much less than affective. Trees nearing total loss.

Two men came. One was nice - one smoked in the yard and left his cigarette butts. Kept the door completely open after being asked not to. Asked to use my WiFi. Used my sink and filled up his water bottle. Left two returns open with cardboard in them and left a mess for me to clean. When I signed up the lady told me they would professionally put holes in the furnace and glue them back. They taped them up. Not very "professional" at all. When I called the company, one guy justified his team member asking for the WiFi because of his data plan. We didn't pay the other half. After talking with the owner he zeroed our balance. I wouldn't recommend this company.

Can't really describe their quality of work since I can't check what my ducts look like inside and I don't know what they looked like before. Not happy with the fact that they left my basement lights on and the door to the outside wide open. Any kind of animals could have come into my basement since I live out in the country. I had agreed to have them spray the outside of my house for bugs but the men who came were not prepared to do that.
