I spoke with Jill on the phone and spoke about what was going on with my air vents. I set up a free estimate appointment and booked my cleaning that day! I felt so comfortable with Jill in my home and she explained exactly what would be done during the service. Highly recommend this company!!!

Okay, let me start off by saying this place was good at first. I was called immediately regarding my issue (10:30pm). It was stated with bed bugs, it s good to get everything treated asap due to how fast things could get crazy. Cool, I get it. The young lady came the very next morning (7:30am) and looked at all three bedrooms. I did inform it s inky going on in one bedroom, however it was totally fine to check all three. I get it. What got me is when she asked me to give them a review, which is totally fine. I understand the importance of reviews for a business, so I was going to get that done. However, she kept checking to see if I received the review. No worries, they want to make sure I get it to review. No, she saw me open it up and started doing the review then. Umm, there was no service done to review. Unless, I m reviewing her inspect my home. I didn t like it nor did I appreciate it. She was a tad pushy for my liking. So, that is why I updated my review. I will say their customer service in the beginning was on point, however, they went downhill once she did her own review on my phone while trying to show me how to do it.
