highly intelligent, knows what he is talking about, explain in detail the scope of work, very honest, and finish the project in a timely manner. Above all he did an excellent job. He is not worried as to how much time he spent to examine the site. Some professional are time constrained, but not Humza, he spent a lot of time on the project site.

He called on Saturday and did the "walk through" on Sunday. He came without a flashlight, tape measure, or clothing sutible for examining the crawl space. I explained that I wanted a "project list" for corrections or enhancements needed. Effectively he ignored the garage and house and concentrated on an admittedly out of spec spa house, which is loosly attached to the house. He and I did not have a meeting of minds on what I desired.

I made an appointment with the homeowner the same day as requested. I did not have my site equipment on me, so I gave a discount to the owner. The first thing I did was give a homeowner a simple read, to educate him on the process of doing a seismic retrofit. After inspecting the crawl space I spent a good amount of time in the garage taking photographs which the client himself witnessed. After the observation was completed the main item of concern was an illegally built structure attached to the main house. I prepared a 8 page report that gave him guidelines to fix the problem. I let him revise the letter twice to address all his concerns
